I led the creation of the BBC Account Design System, centralising components, documentation, and standards to deliver more consistent, efficient, and collaborative experiences across the BBC.
I led UX on the BBC’s comments redesign, expanding the scope from a small update into a full modernisation that made the experience more accessible and inclusive for millions.
I supported the BBC Account GEL Migration and Accessibility Upgrade, creating a new compliant component library that made Sign In and Registration more accessible, inclusive, and consistent for millions of users.
Teaching and Mentoring at Glasgow Caledonian University
2022 – Present
I co-lead the BBC’s UX Design module at Glasgow Caledonian University – returning as a mentor and lecturer to the same course that first launched my career.
I designed Cellnex’s smart city workshop resources – including an interactive floor mat, lesson guides, and presentation materials – bringing their volunteering programme to life with engaging, branded learning tools.
I created the brand identity and graphics for ‘Day of Data,’ an education festival helping teachers and students across Edinburgh build vital data and digital skills.
